About me
Hi, I'm Nicola Pedley, a Psychotherapist specialising in Solution Focused Hypnotherapy.
I decided to study Solution Focused Hypnotherapy after using the principles of looking forward, not back, in my own life. Coupled with my love of meditation and trance, SFH is the ideal form of therapy for me to practice.

This is a short form therapy, usually taking 8 - 12 sessions (with some exceptions)
