Is hypnotherapy safe?

​Yes, hypnotherapy puts you into a trance state which is perfectly natural, and we go in and out of trance many times a day. Think of a time when you've driven or walked a familiar route and you don't remember getting from A to B - that's because you were in a trance state. The conscious and subconscious minds work together to get you where you need to be.

​Will hypnotherapy plant things in my brain so I act differently?

​No, hypnotherapy helps you to relax and open your mind to new ways of thinking, but it doesn't do the thinking for you.

When I'm in a trance will I tell you all my deepest, darkest secrets?

​No, you will just be listening and relaxing and there is no interaction. In fact, you will get a download of the trance and can do it by yourself whenever you feel comfortable to do so.​

Can you guarantee that I will reach my goal? 

No, I can't give guarantees. This is something we do together, not something that is done to you, so you have to commit to it and follow the process.

Could it take me more, or less than 8 - 12 weeks?

Yes, some clients have a lightbulb moment when they understand How The mind Works and need fewer sessions, while some prefer me to guide them through the process, and beyond. We can work with whichever method suits you.

How often are the sessions?

I would recommend weekly, but fortnightly will also work.​

Do you give a discount for bulk bookings?

Yes. If you decide to go ahead we can discuss this.
